At Jacaranda Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fine linens and sleepwear. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold and place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip with the RA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center in Massachusetts.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
